“And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. … But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God’s own will.” (Roms.8:26-27 NLT).
Congratulations and welcome to the new month of November! In this month and starting from today let me share with you a secret; you probably know it, but you often neglect it. Intentionally Find, Walk and Work with the Holy Spirit. You cannot do anything worthy of note, especially from God’s own perspective on your own strength, this day, week or new month, or whenever. This is not being pessimistic, a curse or an over-statement. Human beings including Christians are prone to pride, and you are not exempted. As the Scriptures rightly stated, it is does not depend on human will or effort but on God who shows mercy! Yes, our devotion is great; prayer and fasting, and other spiritual exercises; but these in themselves, if considered and employed as the basis for receiving, and acceptable performance, is as futile as futility itself. Therefore, explore and employ the secret shared with you: seek help from the Helper. Humble yourself before Him and genuinely ask for His help, and your day, week and new month will be successful beyond description.
