HelpMasters Consulting is grounded in the love and fear of God, and committed to being used to manifest His presence and gloryIn the lives of people and organisations.

    • HMC does not compel clients to become Christian neither is Christianity a condition for accessing her services.
    • HMC holds the Bible as absolute in matters of Christian faith, its teachings as appropriate for counselling, and not incompatible with appropriate professional therapeutic approaches in working with people to attain wholeness in body, mind, soul and spirit
    • HMC works from a Non-discriminating, Non-oppressive, Respectful and Empowerment perspective 
    • HMC will measure success not necessarily by the financial bottom-line but by doing what is right in light of God’s word
    • HMC treats each case as unique, on its own merit, and applies appropriate professional and therapeutic approache(s) as found to be relevant
    • HMC recognizes strength and asset in each person/organisation and works cooperatively in exploring and utilizing these for  the advantage of people and organisations (Strength perspective)
    • HMC is open to work with people of all faith, and will not impose the Christian faith on anyone.
    • Committed to work from a non-judgmental, invitational, and supportive approach that enables people to take responsibility and become willing and committed to work for the attainment of wholeness 
    • HMC continuous work to be well grounded in broad-based, appropriate and professionally sound theories, techniques and skills for outstanding and effective service delivery 
    • HMC acknowledges the enormity of project, but believes and trusts in God’s grace for accomplishment.
